El Copano: Texas' First Port Texas Historical Commission Archeologist, Jeff Durst, and Texas A & M Kingsville Archeologist Dr. Robert Drolet, will provide an in-depth look at what was discovered during the archeological field school held this past summer at the site of El Copano. This was Texas' first port, and was important throughout the mid-1800's. |
